RULES OF PLAY

Course Etiquette

  • Unless otherwise posted, USGA rules shall govern all play
  • Replace all divots and fill with sand/soil mix provided
  • Rake all sand traps as required
  • Repair your ball mark and others on the greens
  • Maintain pace of play position on the course or you may be asked to pick up your ball and move up to proper pace positon
  • The golf professionals will provide your group with the rules of play for the day
  • No practicing allowed on the course
  • Players must abide by instructions from the golf professionals, outing director and all course advisors
  • Each player shall have their own (or rental) set of clubs and bag

Golf Carts

  • Golfers driving a cart must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Cart use is limited to 2 riders per cart
  • Carts must stay on the paths on all par threes and around all tees and greens
  • Carts are not to be driven on any greens, tees or in designated naturalized areas
  • Carts must return to path at cart directional posts
  • No pull carts allowed

Dress Code

  • Only non-metal spiked shoes are permitted
  • All shirts must have collars except ladies golf specific collarless shirts
  • Shorts for ladies and gentleman must be of Bermuda style and length
  • The following are not permitted: denim in any form, short shorts, cut-offs, tee shirts, tank tops, spandex, drawstring or athletic sweat suits, swimming attire
  • Proper footwear must be worn on the course

Lightning

Our weather alert system alerts golfers when severe weather conditions are within five miles. When the alert sounds, all players must cease play and return to the clubhouse.

Cell Phones

Cell phones are a distraction to others on the course. However, to assist in the event of an emergency, they are allowed on the golf course. We suggest that you silence your phone until you have completed play.

Rain Check Policy

If the course is closed due to weather and play for the entire day has been suspended, a rain check will be issued for the prorated amount of play not completed. Rain checks will be issued at the discretion of the golf professional staff and must be redeemed during the current golf season and are not redeemable for cash or merchandise.
